Terms of Service

These TOS will be updated where needed in the future

I will not draw:
> NSFW
>Incest / Pedophilia
> Gore

  • I reserve the right to reject any commissions

  • Payment must be sent upfront before working on a commission - once payment has been sent, you are agreeing to my TOS

  • Once I have began working on your commission, characters may not be changed

  • WIPs are provided if requested

  • Full refunds will not be given if I have started on the piece

  • Chargebacks will result in being blacklisted unless you have been unable to contact me after a reasonable time frame

  • Allow up to a month for commissions to be finished

  • Adopts may not be sold for more than they were bought unless there has been extra artwork added

  • Refunds are not offered for adopts or designs

  • Art is not to be used commercially without explicit permission / prior discussion

  • Do not claim commission work is done by you under any circumstances

  • Commissions may be posted to your page as decoration etc. as long as I am credited for my work
